Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first team in France. You will act as the operational backbone of the marketing department, turning strategic ideas into coordinated campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events and brand initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps and task trackers across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition and Retention teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings and status updates, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Identify risks or blockers early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Support marketing leadership by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and managing priorities.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones and capacity using tools such as Jira and Notion.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows and contributing to post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management, operations or coordination.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming or another fast‑paced digital industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of facilitating meetings, tracking actions and ensuring project accountability.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as content, social, influencer, CRM, partnerships, paid media and retention.
