Marketing Project Manager Associate (Label)

About the role

As a Marketing Project Manager Associate you will join the marketing teams of the naïve and All Night Long labels. You will act as the main point of contact for artists, their managers and producers, driving the launch strategy for new music projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive audience‑development and positioning strategy for each artist.
• Oversee the creation of visual assets such as music videos and photos.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the full marketing plan, ensuring timely delivery of all activities.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor, control and analyse the project budget.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience working in a music label or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of project‑management principles (planning, execution, monitoring, control).
• Ability to design detailed marketing plans.
• Leadership, teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous, curious and creative.
• Fluent English.
