Marketing Operations Specialist – Relocation to Bangkok

About the role

Manatal is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join its fast‑growing B2B SaaS team in Bangkok. Reporting to the SVP Marketing, you will combine process design, data analysis and hands‑on execution to enable the marketing department to scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the operational infrastructure for the marketing department, including project planning, backlog, prioritization, cross‑functional coordination and execution rhythms.
• Systematize marketing operations by centralising intakes, auditing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation rules in ClickUp and Notion.
• Build and maintain a central library of process guidelines, SOPs and documentation for all marketing functions.
• Create and maintain business reporting dashboards, analyse performance data across channels and campaigns, surface insights and support decision‑making.
• Act as a hands‑on operator across the marketing stack, executing ad‑hoc projects such as managing email audiences, CRO experiments and campaign tracking.
• Ensure data integrity and tracking accuracy, partner with vendors to resolve issues and support platform evolutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, data analysis or revenue operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS or product‑led‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to design structured processes and conduct in‑depth analysis in a fast‑growing setting.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in ClickUp.
• Experience with Notion or similar knowledge‑base tools.
• Hands‑on familiarity with modern B2B marketing stack (email automation platforms, CMS, CRM, analytics).
• Strong data‑driven mindset and ability to build dashboards and reports.
