Marketing & Media Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Marketing & Media Manager will support the Marketing and Communication Director in shaping Lanvin’s global brand narrative. This role unifies storytelling, product positioning and digital execution to deliver cohesive 360° campaigns across social, paid media, CRM, retail, wholesale and e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate the 360° marketing calendar, aligning global strategy with local activations.
• Define editorial tone and storytelling angles for each collection or campaign.
• Plan product stories by clustering buys and synchronising rollout with retail, wholesale and e‑commerce deliveries.
• Brief the image team and coordinate digital content across social, paid, e‑commerce and CRM channels.
• Collaborate with the Digital team to ensure e‑commerce and CRM communications reflect the brand’s visual identity.
• Lead global social media and influencer strategy, overseeing execution across platforms and regions.
• Develop and manage the Maison’s global media strategy, planning online and offline media investments in key markets.
• Coordinate marketing activations across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce, adapting to each touchpoint’s objectives.
• Identify and drive collaborations with external creators and brands to enhance cultural relevance.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience, preferably within a luxury fashion house or renowned fashion group.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and thrive in a complex environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluent English with an international background.
