Marketing Activation Associate - Dolls

About the role

The Marketing Activation Associate – Dolls will support commercial execution across markets by coordinating events, partnerships and retail activations. This role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, with consistent quality, and provides visibility on performance through reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of brand events, managing timelines, deliverables and materials.
• Assist with PR partnerships and creator‑led programs, ensuring alignment with plans.
• Localise and roll out global and regional activation plans across events and partnerships.
• Prepare retail pitch materials and coordinate inputs with Sales and Trade Marketing.
• Track performance of events, PR partnerships, creator programs and retail activations, preparing reports and highlighting variances.
• Analyse results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Sales and Trade Marketing teams to share information and capture local insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or the toy industry.
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive and team‑oriented mindset.
