Market Development Specialist – Nantes

About the role

Voi is launching its micromobility service in Nantes and needs a Market Development Specialist to shape the local ecosystem. You will design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, build key partnerships and act as the public face of Voi in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic B2B and institutional partnerships across the Nantes area.
• Open and run the local Voi House, hosting events that connect partners, riders and the community.
• Represent Voi at public, institutional and road‑safety events, turning rider feedback into actionable improvements.
• Conduct on‑the‑ground market audits, track usage, competitor activity and local trends to inform growth strategy.
• Report key performance indicators (fleet, service quality, rider satisfaction) to the Market Development Manager.
• Own day‑to‑day relationships with Nantes Métropole, member municipalities and Semitan, delivering on city‑requested actions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in local development, public/institutional relations, mobility or a related field.
• Proven ability to negotiate, make decisions and represent an organization independently.
• Fluent in French and professional English.
• A driving licence (Permis B) is a plus.
