Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will support product development and production activities by interpreting technical documentation, coordinating manufacturing methods, and ensuring designs meet performance specifications. This role works closely with cross‑functional engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports to inform design decisions and provide technical information to stakeholders.
• Write performance requirements, review customer specifications, and evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance considerations.
• Coordinate manufacturing methods, fabrication processes, and operational requirements to ensure compliance with design and performance specs.
• Specify components, support structural design activities, and give feedback to design engineers based on field observations.
• Design test apparatus, diagnose failures, recommend corrective actions, and oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 4–6+ years of engineering experience with exposure to design, analysis, testing, or production support.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience supporting manufacturing methods, fabrication processes, and production operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
