Manager, Account Management – Acquiring & Acceptance

About the role

Mastercard’s Retail & Commerce team in France is looking for a Manager, Account Management – Acquiring & Acceptance. The role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with strategic customers across the acquiring and acceptance ecosystem, driving long‑term growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic customers, including acquirers, PSPs, PayFacs, processors, and orchestration platforms.
• Identify, engage, and develop new accounts and strategic prospects.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business models, competitive environment, strategic priorities, and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored solutions that create value for customers.
• Maintain relationships at all organizational levels, from operational teams to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem and related value‑added services.
• Passion for relationship building and consultative selling.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to position a broad portfolio of products and services.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal stakeholders.
