Maintenance Training Development Instructor

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Maintenance Training Development Instructor to join its Training Center in Toulouse. You will help shape Airbus Maintenance Training by designing and delivering cost‑efficient training solutions that meet business, regulatory and strategic requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to justify course content and duration.
• Analyse the impact of Airworthiness Directives, design modifications, customer and instructor feedback, safety and in‑service issues on training material.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities and trends to propose innovative training products and services.
• Participate in creating theoretical syllabi and practical training records, ensuring compliance with Airbus Maintenance Training Reference and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain personal qualifications as an instructor and ensure on‑time, on‑cost, on‑quality delivery of training projects.

Required profile

• Qualified instructor with experience in aircraft maintenance training.
• Strong understanding of airworthiness directives, design modifications and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyse feedback and translate it into actionable training improvements.
• Proactive attitude toward innovation and customer‑focused training solutions.
