Maintenance Technician – Industrial & Facility

About the role

Vinted is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the daily reliability, safety and performance of its MRS1 site in France. The role covers both automated systems such as sorters, conveyors, robotic platforms and associated material handling equipment, as well as the building’s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, sensors and 24 VDC equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues (including drives, pneumatics and sensors) and carry out Tier‑1 interventions.
• Read and interpret technical schematics to guide repairs.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, docks, lighting, fire safety, compressed‑air) and liaise with the Property Manager and external service providers.
• Plan, execute and document work orders in the Corrigo CMMS, keeping asset data and troubleshooting procedures up to date.
• Coordinate external contractors, manage work permits, control critical spare‑part inventories and apply 5S/Kaizen standards.
• Enforce LOTO safety procedures, track corrective actions and report regularly to Operations and management.
• Travel to multiple Vinted sites across France to support incidents, capacity increases and equipment transfers.

Required profile

• First point of contact for maintenance issues on an industrial site.
• Ability to schedule and follow preventive‑maintenance plans.
• Experience coordinating external service providers and handling permits.
• Strong focus on safety, documentation and continuous‑improvement practices.
