Logistics Specialist – Process Diagnosis & Lean Improvement

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who will diagnose and optimise key warehouse, transportation and delivery‑station processes. You will work closely with frontline teams to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse inbound receiving, put‑away, picking, checking, packing, handover, transportation, station sorting and last‑mile delivery processes.
• Identify non‑value‑added work, bottlenecks, quality risks and high‑frequency exceptions.
• Develop and propose optimisation plans using lean tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis and PDCA.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, delivery‑station and service‑provider teams to improve SOPs, operating standards and exception‑handling mechanisms.
• Track execution of improvement actions, ensure issue closure and measure impact on efficiency, stability and customer experience.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in lean management, process optimisation, operational improvement, warehousing or logistics on‑site management.
• Familiarity with warehouse, transportation or delivery‑station operations; frontline improvement experience preferred.
• Strong problem‑identification, logical analysis and execution capabilities.
• Effective communication skills to work with frontline teams and cross‑functional partners.
