Localization Brand Designer for German & Spanish Markets

About the role

Pennylane is looking for a Localization Brand Designer to expand its visual identity into the German and Spanish markets. You will adapt existing French creative assets so they feel native, impactful, and pixel‑perfect for each locale.

Key responsibilities

• Transcreate and culturally adapt French master assets (ads, product videos, social media) for German and Spanish audiences.
• Build and maintain smart master templates that enable efficient multi‑language, multi‑format asset versioning.
• Serve as the visual bridge between the central brand team and regional marketing managers, handling post‑production, localized graphics, and AI‑enhanced editing for international launches.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in brand design with a proven record of non‑French speaking campaigns or multi‑market versioning.
• Strong understanding of localisation challenges (e.g., text expansion, cultural nuances) and comfort using AI tools for video dubbing and asset creation.
• Fluent French and professional English; professional proficiency in German or Spanish is a strong plus.
