Local Growth & Field Community Lead

About the role

Lightspeed is looking for a dynamic Local Growth & Field Community Lead to build and nurture hyper‑local connections with hospitality customers and prospects across key French cities. You will act as the bridge between the brand and the community, driving awareness, engagement, and sales through events, content, and strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Launch the Anchor Mission by mapping and enlisting top existing customers to host influential events.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospects, influencers, and local trade associations.
• Design, execute, and measure high‑impact local events ranging from breakfasts to late‑night networking sessions.
• Produce on‑the‑ground video and story content with the social team for viral snippets and case studies.
• Keep field sales materials up‑to‑date with fresh data and customer stories.
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing, sales, account, product, and partnership teams to turn community work into revenue.

Required profile

• Strong connector with a knack for event planning and relationship management.
• Data‑driven mindset able to link offline activities to online growth and sales metrics.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with regional and local teams.
• Ability to create clear, data‑backed monthly reports and present insights.
