Legal Counsel – Marketing (Fixed‑term 6 months)

About the role

Join Betclic’s legal team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. You will support marketing and commercial activities, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with advertising and consumer regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate sponsorship, brand ambassador, partnership and affiliate agreements.
• Review and approve advertising campaigns, promotional offers, social media content and influencer marketing.
• Oversee execution of marketing contracts in close collaboration with marketing teams.
• Advise on legal issues related to marketing and commercial activities and contribute to group projects.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting advertising, consumer and digital law.
• Manage pre‑litigation matters with external counsel.
• Provide training and raise awareness on legal and regulatory constraints.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Master II) in Business Law or Contract Law.
• At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in contract, commercial, advertising, consumer and intellectual property law.
• Methodical, rigorous, organized with high confidentiality.
• Autonomous, business‑oriented and able to prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
