Legal Counsel

About the role

Swisslog Healthcare France, part of the KUKA Group, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its sales and commercial activities in France. Reporting to the legal team in Switzerland, you will work from our Suresnes office and collaborate with international colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal and contractual support for public and private tenders.
• Draft, review and manage contract templates and commercial agreements, including NDAs, distribution agreements, sales contracts and consulting agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on public law, commercial law and contractual matters.
• Support general administrative and legal compliance across the company.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure legal and business alignment.

Required profile

• Law degree with experience in commercial and contract law.
• Knowledge of public procurement/tender processes (preferred).
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Fluent English (C1) and proficient French.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, responsive and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
