Legal Counsel – Intellectual Property (Permanent)

About the role

Voodoo is looking for a junior Legal Counsel to join its Commercial/IP/Litigation team. You will act as a business partner for operational teams, focusing on intellectual property matters and supporting the company’s asset‑protection strategy across its mobile games and social media products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IP protection activities, including trademark registrations, copyright enforcement, and pre‑litigation/ litigation in France and abroad.
• Support commercial agreements with a focus on IP clauses, licensing, and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Voodoo’s global IP portfolio.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline legal workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IP‑related queries, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in intellectual property or litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, creative environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of trademark and copyright law.
• Experience with IP enforcement and litigation processes.
• Familiarity with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
