Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning and Development Specialist joins Skechers' L&D team to drive a culture of continuous learning across retail, corporate, and distribution environments. You will design, deliver, and improve learning solutions that enhance employee capabilities and support business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences for managers and individual contributors using industry‑best practices.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery of learning programs across multiple business units, ensuring smooth coordination and high‑quality execution.
• Administer learning technologies such as Workday LMS, Articulate, Canva, and SOLE intranet survey platforms.
• Source, adapt, and curate third‑party content for instructor‑led and e‑learning programs aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies to align learning solutions with business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report learning metrics (engagement, completion, ROI) to evaluate impact.
• Continuously evaluate programs using feedback and data, recommending improvements.
• Support broader organizational development and transformation initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR with a focus on design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Excellent facilitation skills for both virtual and in‑person sessions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and drive actionable improvements.
• Self‑directed, resourceful, and adaptable to fast‑changing priorities.
