Lead Tech DevOps

About the role

Valeuriad, an agile IT services firm based in Nantes, is looking for a Lead Tech DevOps to drive reliable and scalable solutions. You will act as a technical pillar for the team, ensuring continuous improvement of infrastructure and processes while aligning with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
• Manage Kubernetes (K8S) hosting and Helm templating.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Monitor applications with Datadog and ensure observability.
• Handle infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, poker planning and client demos.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering, preferably in a lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to propose innovative solutions and drive technical decisions.
