Lead Supply Officer & Process Manager for Constellations Procurement

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Lead Supply Officer and Process Manager to oversee the procurement and supply chain for its Constellations programmes. Based in Toulouse, you will act as the process owner for the supply chain, ensuring accurate demand monitoring, data integrity and seamless integration with SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective system for monitoring demand and availability of buy‑parts.
• Supervise the Supply Officer work‑package and ensure deliveries meet assigned orders.
• Act as the process owner for the supply chain, leading development, implementation and continuous improvement of information systems, metrics and procedures.
• Provide day‑to‑day SAP support to guarantee reliable vendor and contract data.
• Coordinate supply‑chain transformation for Constellations integration, adapting processes, KPIs and associated systems.
• Consolidate supply‑chain data in the ERP (vendor, material, demand, order, invoice management) and update the supplier management system.
• Serve as the main interface with the ADS Space System Procurement team and support strategic sourcing with data‑driven feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership position within aerospace or defence.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong ERP knowledge.
• Autonomous, project‑management capable and strong communication skills.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
