Lead AI Product Manager – Autonomous Agents

About the role

Pelico is looking for a Lead AI Product Manager in Paris to drive its agent‑first product strategy. You will shape and deliver autonomous AI agents that optimise supply‑chain planning, inventory, production scheduling and MRO for aerospace and manufacturing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and execution for autonomous AI agents, defining architectures, multi‑agent systems and agentic workflows.
• Lead cross‑functional AI initiatives, discover high‑value use cases, design agent personas and pioneer agent‑native UX such as conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer operations, sales and enterprise customers to ensure AI features deliver measurable value and scale adoption.
• Define the AI product roadmap with VP Product and engineering, balancing innovation with scalability, explainability, security and compliance.
• Champion data‑driven AI product development, from experimentation frameworks to deployment best practices, targeting 10× productivity gains.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building AI/ML products with hands‑on work on agentic AI or intelligent automation.
• Strong technical acumen in multi‑agent architectures, LLM‑based reasoning, tool use, RAG, RLHF and safety mechanisms.
• Proven track record shipping autonomous AI solutions to large enterprises, navigating safety, compliance and auditability.
• Excellent communication in English and French, able to explain complex AI concepts to executives and engineers.
• Passion for using AI tools in daily work and staying at the frontier of AI‑assisted productivity.
