Lead AI Native Architect

About the role

PALO IT France is hiring an AI Native Lead Architect to lead high‑impact, AI‑driven engineering initiatives from discovery to delivery. The role combines deep software architecture expertise with hands‑on generative AI practice, and is based in Paris with remote‑friendly options.

Key responsibilities

• Define service scopes and reference architectures aligned with SLOs, security policies and cost‑optimization goals.
• Drive engineering context, ensuring transparency through automated PR templates and documentation standards.
• Conduct risk and threat analyses, balancing performance, privacy, sustainability and security.
• Design and implement guardrails in CI/CD pipelines such as data anonymization, license verification and compliance gates.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in software architecture and development (Java.NET, Python, React, Angular).
• Hands‑on practice with generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API, LangChain and Hugging Face.
• Strong expertise in cloud‑native, AI‑first architectures and CI/CD, DevSecOps practices.
• Fluent English with excellent communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
