Key Account Manager

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead its Public Sector portfolio. You will work with ministries and other public entities to embed Alan’s health‑insurance, prevention, and care solutions across large organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic public‑sector accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify client needs, drive adoption of Alan’s health‑partner offering, and ensure successful onboarding.
• Monitor satisfaction signals, propose corrective actions, and conduct regular business reviews with consumption reports.
• Negotiate contract terms that balance customer value and sustainable profitability.
• Collaborate with product teams to convey customer feedback and influence product evolution.
• Design and execute innovative initiatives to deepen engagement with existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with frequent C‑level interactions.
• Proven ability to work with large organisations, including experience handling unions where applicable.
• Full professional proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication).
• Advanced level of English.
