About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead and grow our most strategic customer relationships in France. Based in Paris, you will act as the trusted advisor for key accounts, turning customer needs into successful solutions while driving revenue and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of key accounts, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to long‑term partnership.
- Build and nurture strong relationships at operational and executive levels, identifying joint growth opportunities.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply teams.
- Monitor performance, forecast sales, and report on progress and priorities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that create mutual value.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience in key account management, sales or a commercial role.
- Proven ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial instinct with a track record of delivering results.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Fluent in French and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
