Key Account Manager – Enterprise Sales

About the role

Malt is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth within its Enterprise segment. You will own a portfolio of major accounts, act as a trusted advisor, and turn Malt into a strategic partner for talent sourcing across complex organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle for assigned enterprise accounts using the MEDDIC methodology.
• Develop tailored ROI narratives and proposals that align Malt’s value with client business challenges.
• Negotiate complex contracts with stakeholders such as Procurement, HR, Tech, and C‑Level executives.
• Maintain high data hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a healthy pipeline.
• Provide consultative guidance, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and business acumen.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level accounts and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple departments.
• Ability to translate client needs into strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
