Key Account Manager – Banking & Fintech

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its Bankers Almanac team. Based in either London or Paris, you will manage a portfolio of strategic banking, financial services and fintech clients across Europe, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing strategic accounts across Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for account growth, retention and product adoption.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations and renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, Pre‑Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver customer value.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Account Management or Strategic Account Management.
• Track record of growing and retaining enterprise customers.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, payments, fintech, compliance or risk solutions.
• Strong commercial, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior decision‑makers and executive stakeholders.
