Key Account Management Coordinator – Europe & Middle East

About the role

The Key Account Management Coordinator for the Europe & Middle East (EME) region will drive growth for tarte cosmetics by shaping product and sales strategies in partnership with Sephora. Reporting to the Senior Brand Director International, you will act as a strategic link between the brand, cross‑functional teams and key retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute tarte’s and Sephora’s business strategy across EME.
• Support 360° marketing plans, launch calendars and wholesale roll‑outs.
• Develop and communicate merchandise initiatives that meet financial targets.
• Manage relationships with Sephora, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
• Oversee administrative tasks to meet content deadlines for marketing and e‑commerce.
• Establish new processes to sustain growth and profitability.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales performance reviews, trend analysis and forecasting.
• Perform assortment analysis, post‑mortem of trade activations and ROI calculations.
• Coordinate quarterly allocation of samples, gratis and GWPs.
• Monitor pricing strategies and collaborate with supply chain to minimise out‑of‑stock situations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in key account management, merchandising, business planning or sales, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; French or another European language is a plus.
