Junior Project Manager Apprenticeship

About the role

As a Junior Project Manager apprentice you will support the delivery of Decathlon Digital’s digital sports projects. You will work alongside experienced product managers and engineers across our locations in Paris, Lille and Amsterdam, contributing to the creation of the largest digital sports platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling and tracking project milestones.
• Prepare and update project documentation, status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and agile ceremonies with cross‑functional teams.
• Help monitor risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the integration of sustainability considerations into project deliverables.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field).
• Strong interest in sports, digital innovation and technology.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, distributed team environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools.
