Junior Key Account Manager – Private Label

About the role

Partner in Pet Food (PPF) is expanding its French and Iberia subsidiary and is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to support the private‑label sales team. Based in Boulogne‑Billancourt, you will work closely with senior KAMs and the sales director to grow the business across France, Spain and Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the sales strategy for the assigned markets under senior guidance.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of retail and specialist pet‑food customers, building strong relationships and driving turnover.
• Represent the company in partner meetings, handling commercial terms, promotions and project discussions.
• Own sales KPIs such as forecasts, margin levels and inventory, reporting results and recommending actions.
• Monitor receivables, enforce payment terms and work to minimise overdue debts.
• Coordinate with demand‑planning, customer‑service and other internal teams to improve forecast accuracy and customer efficiency.
• Conduct market and consumer analysis, track trends and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• University Master’s degree or business school qualification.
• At least one year of experience managing key accounts, preferably in a B2B or retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; additional Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
