Junior Key Account Executive (Charter Sales)

About the role

Luxaviation One is seeking a Junior Key Account Executive to join its Paris‑based commercial team. The position offers extensive exposure to high‑end international clients and complex, tailor‑made charter operations, making it ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals eager to build a career in business aviation.

Key responsibilities

• Support portfolio growth through proactive prospecting and qualification of potential clients.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with UHNWI and corporate customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Assist in preparing commercial offers, quotations, and negotiating charter service terms.
• Prepare contractual and operational documentation, including flight and crew briefings.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of on‑demand private jet charters, ensuring smooth operations from A to Z.
• Welcome VIP passengers, delivering a premium experience.
• Participate in operational feasibility studies (airfield suitability, permits, performance calculations).
• Support invoicing and payment follow‑up for commercial operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, aviation, or commercial studies.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience; internship or experience in business aviation or charter sales is a plus.
• Strong interest in sales and aviation operations.
• Energetic, dynamic, team‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities.
• Fluent in English.
