Junior JavaScript Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior JavaScript Developer to join our remote team supporting a leading French logistics group. You will help build and maintain internal tools that transform complex investment and counter‑party data into clear, actionable interfaces for our advisory staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, functional user interfaces for internal research repositories using JavaScript and modern libraries.
• Create and enhance data‑visualisation components that reflect market entry and capital‑deployment realities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing scripts and small‑scale web applications used for joint‑venture tracking.
• Translate commercial requirements into structured technical functionality.
• Write documented, maintainable code following firm standards.
• Produce short technical guides for advisory staff usage.

Required profile

• Fundamental understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with at least one modern framework (e.g., React or Node.js) through projects or study.
• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for non‑technical colleagues.
• Self‑discipline to manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
