Junior International Retail Training Project Manager – Men & Maison

About the role

Join the International Training Department of Christian Dior Couture as a Junior International Retail Training Project Manager for Men & Maison. You will support the design and deployment of training programs that enhance the skills, engagement, and performance of retail teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and producing training content under the supervision of the Project Manager.
• Draft and format training materials in English, adhering to pedagogical and editorial guidelines.
• Support the creation and update of seasonal and permanent training tools such as Collection Insider, Expertise Modules, and inter‑collection support packages.
• Collect, structure, and synthesize product and business information from various Business Units.
• Ensure clarity and consistency across all training deliverables.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a strong interest in luxury fashion retail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work collaboratively under supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating digital training packages.
