Junior HR Business Partner – Europe/MEA

About the role

We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support our European and MEA entities. You will work closely with managers and HR teams to deliver recruitment, development, and administrative services that enable our mission of saving lives through innovative medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment: partner with managers to identify hiring needs, manage end‑to‑end recruitment across European entities, publish job ads on LinkedIn and Greenhouse, conduct interviews and prepare offers.
• Coordinate intern and apprentice programmes, including onboarding, HR follow‑up and team‑building initiatives.
• HR Development: contribute to cross‑functional global HR projects, monitor HR KPIs, coordinate annual performance reviews, identify training needs and manage training budgets.
• HR Administration: oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding, consolidate monthly payroll inputs with local providers, maintain employment contracts, personnel records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• HR Business Partnering: advise managers on day‑to‑day HR matters, support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a strong interest in HR functions across multiple countries.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment.
