Junior Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Growth Marketing Specialist to help expand inbound traffic for Upfluence’s influencer & affiliate marketing SaaS platform. Working closely with the Inbound Manager, you will execute, monitor and optimise acquisition campaigns across paid, organic and conversion channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse funnel performance and implement CRO tactics to improve landing pages and lead generation.
• Coordinate with external agencies to launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop and execute SEO and geo‑targeted initiatives to boost organic visibility and search rankings.
• Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Claude, OpenAI API) to streamline workflows and productise acquisition features on the website.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media or SEO.
• Hands‑on familiarity with major ad platforms and SEO best practices.
• Strong interest in automation, AI tools and building simple systems for efficiency.
• Ability to work in a high‑output, results‑oriented environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
