Junior Finance Strategy & Transformation Consultant

About the role

Join KPMG's Finance Strategy & Transformation practice in Rennes as a Junior Consultant. You will support clients in reshaping their finance functions, driving digital initiatives, and embedding sustainable finance practices.

Key responsibilities

• Transform finance organizations, including shared service centers and global business services.
• Optimize financial processes and support performance management through business plan design, financial modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Lead digital finance projects, implementing tools such as process mining, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), data visualization, and predictive analytics.
• Assist clients with ESG and green finance initiatives, promoting sustainable finance solutions.
• Provide financial support for integration and separation projects.

Required profile

• Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
• Successful internship or apprenticeship experience in audit, consulting, or corporate finance functions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Dynamic, analytical, and able to work collaboratively in teams.
