Junior Finance Business Partner – France & Emerging Markets

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to support the France & Regional Emerging Markets (FREM) cluster. Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide accurate financial insights and help drive value creation across France, Belgium, Nordics, Italy, Greece and Hungary.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with key accounts to set and monitor financial targets at the customer level.
• Ensure timely and accurate periodic financial closings in collaboration with Mars Global Services Finance.
• Analyse performance variances versus last year and forecast, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Support annual client negotiations, price increases and business planning together with Sales, SRM and Demand Planning teams.
• Contribute to S&OP processes by delivering business health checks and forecast updates during DMR meetings.
• Provide financial leadership in DMR/DMR Feeder sessions to track performance against targets.
• Manage trade budgets in the Trade Budget System and conduct regular effectiveness reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of finance experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong background in management reporting, data analytics and data visualisation.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and build effective partnerships.
• High digital acumen and agility.
