Junior Associate – Employment Law (Paris)

About the role

DWF (France) AARPI is seeking a Junior Associate or Associate to join its Paris Employment Law team. You will support the Partner in developing the practice, gaining hands‑on experience across individual and collective labour matters for an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory support on individual and collective labour relations matters.
• Assist with sensitive, complex, and strategic employment law issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, opinions, correspondence, timelines, financial estimates, and audit materials.
• Support and handle employment‑related litigation matters.
• Contribute to cross‑border cases in collaboration with international offices.
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• CAPA (French Bar qualification) and a Master 2, preferably in Employment Law.
• 0‑2 years of experience, ideally in business law.
• Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English, including legal terminology.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
