IT/Data/Cyber/AI Transformation Consultant (Nantes)

About the role

Wavestone is seeking a consultant to join its Nantes office and support leading organisations in the Grand Ouest region with digital transformation initiatives. You will work across a wide range of technology domains, from cybersecurity and cloud migration to data governance and artificial intelligence, helping clients shape strategy and deliver operational results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in defining and executing digital transformation road‑maps, from strategic framing to operational implementation.
• Deliver consulting services in cybersecurity, cloud, data & AI, digital workplace and IT operating models.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR) and security testing (pentest, red‑team, forensics).
• Design and implement data platforms, AI solutions (ML, OCR, LLMs) and automation pipelines.
• Support cloud migration, DevOps adoption, ITSM/ESM set‑up and sustainable IT practices.

Required skills

• Cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR).
• Cloud technologies and migration (public cloud, DevOps, automation).
• Data governance, data platforms and AI/ML techniques (ML, OCR, LLMs).
• Identity & Access Management (IAM, CIAM, PAM, PKI, MFA, federation).
• Security testing (pentesting, red‑team, forensics).
• Digital workplace tools (Microsoft 365, Entra ID).
• IT service management (ITSM/ESM) and IT operating model design.
• Knowledge of sustainable IT practices (Green IT, ESG, digital sobriety).
