IT Support Technician – On‑site (Toulouse)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join the IT Service Team supporting the European Space Agency (ESA) in Toulouse. The role is fully on‑site and requires a professional who can deliver first‑ and second‑line support for a diverse user base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support for Windows and Apple devices, both on‑site and remotely.
• Log, categorize, and follow up user requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Deploy, maintain, and replace workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Maintain and update the Knowledge Base, procedures, and working instructions.
• Assist users with corporate applications such as SAP, Adobe, MS Office, and encryption tools.
• Perform inventory and asset management reporting.
• Communicate status updates to end‑users regarding installations, relocations, and equipment recovery.

Required profile

• Vocational training or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
