IT Support Intern

About the role

Dedale is seeking an IT Support Intern to join its Paris office. Reporting to the Head of Security, you will be the primary point of contact for daily IT needs, ensuring a reliable and secure environment for all employees from onboarding through everyday support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle user requests via ticketing system, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents both on‑site and remotely.
• Provide on‑site support for workstations, laptops, peripherals, meeting rooms and network connectivity in Paris.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes: configure equipment, create accounts, and recover devices.
• Administer user accounts lifecycle in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, including access rights and group memberships.
• Maintain the device fleet: inventory, service, plan renewals and ensure compliance through Intune (enrollment, encryption, patching, configuration).
• Document and improve IT procedures such as provisioning, support and change management.

Required profile

• Final year of a Bachelor or Master degree in a related field, seeking an end‑of‑studies internship.
• Previous experience in IT support (internship, project or apprenticeship) is a plus.
• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and macOS; basic Microsoft 365 administration a plus.
• Exposure to MDM/endpoint tools (Intune) is an asset, otherwise a strong willingness to learn.
• Methodical, service‑oriented with clear documentation habits.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.
