IT Product Manager – Quality Applications & Portfolio

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a senior IT Product Manager to lead the Non-Conformity Management (NCM) application and oversee a portfolio of about ten quality‑related applications. You will act as the bridge between shop‑floor users, business leaders and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the NCM product, from discovery and roadmap definition to delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams (Integration, Cybersecurity, IAM, Enterprise Architecture) to define data exchange, API and Single Sign‑On requirements.
• Conduct monthly governance reviews for the quality application portfolio, tracking health, risks, KPIs and vendor performance.
• Drive user adoption across manufacturing and quality sites, gather feedback and refine the user experience.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Product Manager or IT Project Manager managing enterprise applications.
• Strong communication skills to interact with end‑users, technical engineers and senior management.
• Background in Quality Management Systems, manufacturing IT or industrial environments is a plus.
