IT Manager (IT Projects & Platforms)

About the role

At Pennylane, IT is more than a support function – it enables over 1,000 employees to work efficiently, securely and at scale. We are looking for an IT Manager to lead the IT Projects team, own our internal IT platforms and drive cross‑functional projects that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT Projects team, prioritising the roadmap, coaching members and defining quality standards.
• Own administration, security and evolution of internal platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Slack and Notion.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives: automate repetitive tasks, standardise processes, improve documentation and optimise workflows.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance and Finance teams to maintain ISO 27001, DORA and IAM standards, conduct access reviews and internal audits.
• Identify valuable AI use cases, support deployment of approved AI tools and promote responsible AI adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Lead or IT Project Manager in a fast‑growing SaaS or tech environment.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS administration tools (Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion, Okta, Cloudflare Zero Trust).
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management, SSO and SCIM concepts.
• Comfortable working in Apple/macOS environments and familiar with IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
