IT Assistant

About the role

Join the iconic Mandarin Oriental Lutetia in Paris as an IT Assistant. You will support the hotel’s technology environment, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services for a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT assets, perform regular maintenance and software updates.
• Configure, deploy and maintain network infrastructure and servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and networking issues.
• Provide user training and daily technical support for hotel staff.
• Monitor and enforce IT security policies to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
• Implement data protection measures and control access rights.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all hardware and software assets.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French; a third language is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in the Parisian luxury hospitality industry.
