Isolateur industriel (h/f)

About the role

Iziwork is seeking an Industrial Insulation Technician (h/f) to join construction sites in Le Perrey, Normandy. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and optimizing industrial insulation systems on a variety of equipment and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Follow site instructions from the construction manager or team leader.
• Perform insulation work including placement, removal, cutting, assembling, adjusting, fixing and finishing of thermal insulation materials.
• Apply defined techniques and operating procedures while respecting technical drawings.
• Inspect and verify the quality and compliance of completed work before internal or client acceptance.
• Participate in team meetings, safety briefings, training sessions and obtain required certifications.
• Travel regularly to different sites with occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 months experience in industrial insulation or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Installation and removal of insulation materials.
• Cutting, assembling and adjusting thermal insulation.
• Fixing and finishing insulation components.

• Reading technical plans.
