Investment Analyst – Infrastructure (Entry‑Level)

About the role

The European private markets investment platform is seeking an entry‑level Investment Analyst to join its infrastructure multi‑strategy team in Paris. The role provides broad exposure to global infrastructure investments, including fund commitments and direct co‑investments, and involves analysis, manager evaluation, and portfolio monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze infrastructure funds and co‑investment opportunities across sectors such as energy transition, digital, transport, and utilities.
• Build and review financial analyses and valuation frameworks.
• Prepare investment committee memos and presentation materials.
• Support ESG and risk assessments of potential investments.
• Track performance of existing investments, contribute to valuations, and prepare quarterly and ad‑hoc reports.
• Maintain relationships with managers, advisors, and partners.
• Screen new opportunities, conduct sector research, and support negotiation and documentation review.
• Participate in internal projects, knowledge sharing, and junior team member recruitment and training.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience (including internships) in investment banking, private equity, project finance, consulting, asset management or engineering.
• Strong academic background in business, engineering or finance.
• Excellent analytical and writing abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure and sustainability.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Team‑oriented, intellectually curious and proactive.
