Internship - Junior Project Manager Environment and Safety

About the role

Air Liquide is recruiting a trainee Junior Project Manager for its Corporate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management team within the Safety and Industrial System (SIS) department in Paris. The team supports the management of safety in operations, leads the Group HSE community and deploys the "Safety management - Group solution" platform based on Intelex. The internship runs for 6 months starting in early March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support the owner of the Group Location repository ("Site & Facility") by managing updates, helping other corporate departments use it and improving data quality.
• Strengthen the "Safety Management - Group Solution" team by deploying safety modules (Event reporting, Management of Change, HSE tasks) from the Intelex platform.
• Enhance existing safety reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis of safety data to support HSE programmes.
• Support local administrators and users in deploying the safety modules.
• Take part in SIS-HSE team activities such as monthly safety reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with an industrial background and a strong interest in data management and safety.
• French and English, at minimum written, reading and spoken level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and able to prioritise.
• Good verbal and written communication and ability to build trust with project stakeholders.
