International Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

This position is based in France and offers the chance to work in an international, collaborative environment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, helping to attract top talent across global markets while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using direct search, networking, recruitment platforms and headhunting techniques.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure consistent interview processes and provide hiring guidance.
• Support hiring for both technical and non‑technical functions, adapting sourcing strategies as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably with IT roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international setting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in direct sourcing and headhunting methods.
• Good understanding of the IT talent market and related terminology.
