Internal Controller

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs an Internal Controller to design, implement and monitor control frameworks that keep the business aligned with members’ interests, strategy and legal requirements. You will work within the Corporate team alongside Risk, Governance, Legal and Compliance to ensure scalable, reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement control frameworks on core processes, leveraging automation and AI to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Strengthen risk identification and monitoring systems and co‑develop next‑generation risk tooling.
• Conduct second‑level reviews of high‑risk areas and ensure thorough documentation of controls for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support audit management with commercial partners and regulatory supervisors.
• Collaborate with Insurance, Operations, Security and Legal teams to design action plans that mitigate identified risks.
• Create resources and training to raise risk‑management awareness across the company.

Required profile

• High‑potential professional with experience in internal control, risk management or related fields.
• Ability to own control activities end‑to‑end and evolve them over time.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working as a business partner on risk solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to document and convey controls to third‑party partners.
