Interim CFO

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing technology company that needs an experienced finance leader on an interim basis. The role will guide the finance function through a critical phase of scaling, professionalising processes and upgrading the financial tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership group.
• Manage cash‑flow, forecasting and the production of accurate financial reports.
• Support budgeting, planning and provide insight into key SaaS metrics such as ARR, revenue growth and margins.
• Assist with investor reporting, fundraising preparation and communication.
• Introduce and embed new financial processes, internal controls and systems to drive transformation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a CFO or Finance Director.
• Background in SaaS or subscription‑based business models.
• Experience in fast‑growing, PE/VC‑backed environments is preferred.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
