Interim CFO – Finance Leadership for Growing Tech Company

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing technology company seeking an experienced Interim CFO to guide the finance function through its next phase of expansion. This short‑term leadership position will focus on professionalising financial operations, strengthening controls, and supporting strategic initiatives such as fundraising.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and partner with the senior leadership team.
• Manage cash‑flow, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting and planning processes.
• Provide insight into SaaS metrics such as ARR, revenue growth, and margins.
• Assist with investor reporting and potential fundraising activities.
• Introduce new processes, controls, and systems to drive finance transformation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a CFO or Finance Director.
• Background in SaaS or subscription‑based businesses.
• Experience in fast‑growing or PE/VC‑backed environments is preferred.
• Hands‑on, able to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
