Insurance Graduate Program – Join Alan's Innovation Team

About the role

Alan is looking for motivated graduates to join its Insurance Graduate Program. You will rotate across multiple streams of the Insurance team, gaining hands‑on experience in product development, analytics, risk management and enterprise sales. The program combines technical, business and entrepreneurial learning to prepare you for a future leadership role in health and disability insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise & Public Sector stream by helping shape offers for large corporate and governmental clients and contribute to RFP processes.
• Work on the Insurance Product stream, assisting with contract lifecycle tasks such as pricing, implementation and renewal campaigns.
• Develop metrics, tools and dynamic pricing models in the Analytics & Repricing stream to monitor portfolio performance and forecast margins.
• Assist the Reinsurance & Risk stream with capital requirement modeling, risk governance and liaison with the supervisory authority.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in insurance, finance or health‑tech.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
